حقق المنتخب العراقي حامل اللقب فوزه الأول في كأس الخليج لكرة القدم “خليجي 26” الأحد، على نظيره اليمني 1-0، ضمن منافسات المجموعة الثانية.
وسجل هدف اللقاء الوحيد اللاعب أيمن حسين بعد عرضية أمجد عطوان، قابلها برأسية في مرمى اليمن، وذلك في الدقيقة 65 من عمر المباراة.
